About Grandpa's Cellar
Grandpa's Cellar on Cable Road in Camino is a small Apple Hill farm bakery, opened in 1978, set among 100 year old apple trees. It opened for the 2026 season on August 29 and stays open into late fall.
When is it open?
Thursday, Friday and Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
What is there to eat and drink?
Apple pie, seasonal baked goods, apple cider, lemonades, hot chocolate and coffee flights, plus jams and jellies to take home. It is one of the few Apple Hill bakeries with gluten-free treats.
Is it a good picnic stop?
Yes. Visitors can sit with a slice of pie under the old apple trees, which still produce the apples used in the pies and jams.
