Rancho Siempre Verde

Rancho Siempre Verde is a family Christmas tree and pumpkin farm on Highway 1 near Pescadero, overlooking the Pacific. Its 2026 Fall Fest runs on Saturdays and Sundays from September 26 to October 25.

What are the hours?

Saturdays and Sundays, 9 AM to 4:30 PM. It is closed on weekdays.

What will the kids do?

Run in the open fields, ride giant tree swings, go down the big tube slide and hop on tractor rides. Families can also pick pumpkins, cut a bucket of flowers and make a fall wreath, and the farm sells its own apples.

Can the dog come?

Yes, the farm is dog friendly. Extra pumpkins, flowers, apples and wreath supplies are paid for by credit card.

What if we need to change our date?

You can switch your ticket date online at any time. All profits from the festival fund vegetables the farm grows for local food pantries.
