Swank Farms

Swank Farms on Pacheco Pass Highway in Hollister has farmed since 1928 and holds a large Fall Festival every October. The 2026 festival opens Friday, October 2, about 69 minutes from San Jose.

What is at the festival?

A 9-acre corn maze with riddles to solve, a sunflower field, a 2-acre pumpkin patch, farm animals, a pumpkin slingshot and live music every weekend.

Is it different on weekdays?

Yes. Some rides, including the pumpkin slingshot and bull ride, are not available on weekdays, and the food menu is limited.

Is it scary for little kids?

The farm adds Halloween terror in the corn at night and sells separate daytime and nighttime tickets, so younger children may do better on a daytime visit.
