Tanaka Farms is a family farm on University Drive in Irvine. Its 2026 Irvine Pumpkin Patch opened on Saturday, September 12, and runs through November 1.
What are the October hours?
Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, with last entry at 5 PM. Friday through Sunday the patch stays open until 9 PM, with last entry at 8 PM.
What is there to do?
Wagon rides, the Barnyard animals, the U-Pick Veggie Patch, games and the Pumpkin Cannon. The games and the cannon run Friday afternoons after noon and on Saturdays and Sundays, so come on a weekend if those are the draw.
Is there a second pumpkin patch?
Yes. The family also runs Hana Field in Costa Mesa, which is open Wednesday through Sunday from October 3 to November 1. Check which location you are booking before you drive.
