About Peltzer Pumpkin Farm

Peltzer Pumpkin Farm sits on the Peltzer Winery property on Calle Contento in Temecula, run by a family that has farmed in Southern California since 1913. The 2026 pumpkin season opened on September 19.

How much does it cost to get in?

Entrance is $2 a person Monday through Thursday and $4 Friday through Sunday, and children under 2 are free with a paid adult. Attractions use $1 tickets, for example the petting farm is $4 and pony rides are $10.

When are the attractions running?

On weekdays the petting farm opens at 10 AM and the other attractions run 4 to 8 PM. Weekends run 9 AM to 8 PM. The farm says weekends get very busy and asks families to come on a weekday if they can.

What else is there for kids?

Gem panning, train rides, John Deere carts, carnival games, face painting and free pig races, held Fridays at 5 and 7 PM and several times a day on weekends.

Do you have a pass for repeat visits?

Yes. The $50 Pumpkin Pass covers entry for a family of 5 from one household all season, Monday through Thursday, including the petting farm.
