Hardy's Reindeer Ranch on County Road 2900 N near Rantoul keeps a herd of reindeer and opens each fall with a 10-acre corn maze. It opened for the 2026 season on Wednesday, September 16 and stays open through Christmas.
Is there a gate fee?
No, there is no gate admission. The 2026 Steampunk corn maze is $10 in the daytime and $12 for Moonlight Madness after 5 PM, when you find your way with a flashlight. Maze tickets are sold in the gift shop.
How long does the maze take?
The ranch says it usually takes 1 to 3 hours. The maze covers a full 10 acres and is set up like a large treasure hunt.
What else is there?
Hayrides, reindeer tours, pedal race cars, a paintball gallery and concessions on weekends. The Jack Splat pumpkin cannon is demonstrated on October weekends.
Can we bring a picnic or the dog?
No. The ranch asks for no pets and no picnics. It does not post daily hours, so call (217) 893-3407 before you go.
