Eckert's Millstadt Farm on Eckert Orchard Lane is the family fun farm of the Eckert's group, with pick-your-own apples and pumpkins in September and October. Admission is sold by day of the week, and Friday and Saturday nights add a haunted hayride.
How much is admission?
Bought online, it is $3 on Wednesday and Thursday, $12 on Friday and $17 on Saturday and Sunday. At the gate it is $6, $17 and $22. Children under 2 are free.
What is there for kids?
A petting farm, a corn maze, a giant underground slide, pony and camel rides and an apple cannon. On weekends there is also a pumpkin cannon called the Jack-O-Lobber.
Is the haunted hayride scary for little ones?
It runs after dark on Friday and Saturday nights through October 31, and one ride is included with admission. Families with small children may prefer a daytime visit.
Can we eat at the farm?
A concession stand is open Friday through Sunday. Bonfire sites can be reserved for $75 to $175 a night, along with farm admission.
