Jacksonville Main Street's Pumpkin Festival

The Pumpkin Festival is a one-day downtown celebration put on by Jacksonville Main Street. In 2026 it falls on Saturday, October 24, from 10 AM to 2 PM.

What will the kids do there?

The day includes pet and kid costume contests, pumpkin decorating, cookie and donut decorating, craft activities and games, and a pumpkin drop. Grown-ups can try the hot wings challenge.

Where do we park?

Downtown Jacksonville has more than 2,000 parking places, so finding a spot near the festival should not be hard.

Is it open on other days?

No. It is a single four-hour event, so plan around that Saturday morning.
