The Great Pumpkin Train leaves from Phillipsburg for a ride along the Delaware River to Snyders Station, home to a 13-acre corn maze and a gem-panning mine. In 2026 it runs on weekends from September 19 through November 1.
When do the trains leave?
On weekends at 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM and 4 PM.
What does it cost?
Base fares are about $21 for adults and $15 for children, with exact prices at booking. The corn maze is a $5 add-on and the mine is $6.
Do kids get a pumpkin?
Yes. Every train stops at a pumpkin patch on the way home, and every child may pick a free pumpkin.
How long are we at the farm stop?
If you get off at Snyders Station, plan on about an hour and a half on site, enough for the maze, the mine and a picnic. Giant checkers, tetherball, horseshoes and cornhole are free. Call 877-872-4674 with questions.
