Stoughton Farm on Route 38 in Newark Valley is a greenhouse and farm market whose fall centerpiece is an 8-acre corn maze. The 2026 maze runs from September 21 through November 1, and it is open on weekdays as well as weekends.
When is the maze open?
Generally 9 AM to 6 PM, with last admission at 5 PM, and Sundays 9 AM to 5 PM. On Friday and Saturday nights in October the maze stays open until 10 PM for flashlight night maze, with last admission at 9 PM. It is closed on most Mondays from October 2.
Which activities are weekends only?
The jumping pillow, hayrides, cow train, Friendly Fire, pumpkin blaster, corn cannon and the food trailer run only on Saturdays, Sundays and Columbus Day weekend, because the family is harvesting on weekdays. Hayrides do not run during night maze.
How much do the extras cost?
Attraction tickets are $1.00 each, with a hayride at 3 tickets and the corn cannon at 1 ticket for 3 shots. On weekends, Combo Pass #1 is $17.00 and covers the maze, cow train, jumping pillow and hayride, and Combo Pass #2 is $10.00 without the maze.
Is there food?
Weekend concessions include hand-cut fries and kettle corn, and the farm's donuts and other baked goods are sold Fridays to Sundays most weekends. The farm takes cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.
