About Pickering Hill Farms
Pickering Hill Farms is a six-generation family farm market on Detroit Road in Avon. Starting the last weekend in September and every Saturday and Sunday until Halloween, it holds Fall Festivities from noon to 5 PM, weather permitting.
What do the Fall Festivities include?
A free wagon ride out to the pick-your-own pumpkin patch and a 1-acre corn maze to try.
Can we visit on a weekday?
Yes. The market is open daily 10 AM to 5 PM, and until 6 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Every day it has thousands of pumpkins of all sizes, corn stalks, gourds, Indian corn and Halloween decorations, along with the farm's own apples.
