About Quarry Hill Orchards
Quarry Hill Orchards in Berlin Heights is a Gammie family orchard first planted in 1929, with a timber-frame market barn, pick-your-own fruit and its own winery. Pick-your-own apples began on August 29, 2026.
When is the market barn open?
Every day from 9 AM to 6 PM. The Quarry Cones ice cream counter is open Thursday through Sunday, 11 AM to 6 PM.
Do we need a reservation to pick apples?
Not for apples. Advance reservations are only asked for summer fruit. The farm's picking calendar lists pumpkins from September 15 through October 31.
What else is there?
A wagon ride runs through the orchards, and the Winery pours wine from the farm's own vineyards. The market sells cider, caramel apples, apple fritters, mums and pumpkins.
