Hidden Valley Orchards on Route 48 in Lebanon has welcomed families since 1956. Its fall season runs through Sunday, November 1, with a 5-acre u-pick pumpkin patch, a 2.5-acre corn maze and more than 30 play yard attractions.
Does it cost anything to get in?
No. General admission is free, and the pumpkin patch needs no ticket, you just pay for what you pick. Activity packages start at $15 per child and $7.50 per adult, and kids 2 and under are free.
Which package should we buy?
The Apple Play Pass covers the play yards, hayride, corn maze and barrel train. The Farm Fun Pass adds three apple cannon shots, diggers and tractors and animal feed, and the Ultimate Farm Pass adds a medium pumpkin and a slush. Buying ahead online guarantees play yard access on busy days.
When is it open?
From September 30 it opens Wednesdays at 9 AM, Thursday through Saturday 9 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 8 PM. It is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Is there anything free for little ones?
Yes. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11:15 AM a different farm animal comes out to the Social Lawn to meet and pet, at no charge.
