About Lakeland Orchard and Cidery

Lakeland Orchard and Cidery in Scott Township grows more than 30,000 apple trees. Its 2026 Apple Harvest Festival runs from September 3 through Sunday, November 1, and picking is included with a day pass.

When is it open?

Thursday and Sunday 10 AM to 9 PM, and Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 10 PM. It is closed Monday through Wednesday, and the last call for apple picking is 5:30 PM.

What does admission cover?

Rides and activities are included: the carousel, the Lakeland Express train through the orchard, the jumping pillows, the corn pit and the animal barn and petting zoo. You also get a pick-your-own container while supplies last.

What is there to eat?

Apple cider donuts and apple dumplings are made fresh every day. Live music plays in the Cider Garden every Saturday and Sunday of the festival.

Is there anything after dark?

Yes, a Halloween Light Show, where the Lakeland Express train takes you through more than a mile of lights. Reservations are strongly recommended.
