Ruby Creek Family Farm is a working family farm in Aurora, about 30 minutes northwest of Fort Worth, worked by the same family since the 1930s. Its 2026 Fall Festival runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from October 2 through November 8.
What does a ticket cost?
Admission is $15, and kids 24 months and under are free. Grandparents and veterans pay $12. It covers the corn maze, two-story sand pile, hamster wheels, corn pits, fishing pond, farm animals and live music, and parking is free. Pumpkins are $3 to $15, paid when you pick.
What is the longhorn hayride?
A covered hayride out to the pasture where kids hand-feed the farm's longhorn herd. It is the only add-on, $3 a rider, with ride times handed out first come, first served when you arrive, so come early on Saturdays.
What are the hours?
Fridays 10 AM to 3 PM, Saturdays 10 AM to 7 PM and Sundays 11 AM to 6 PM. If weather closes the farm, your ticket is good on any other open day this fall.
Are there free weekends?
Yes. Military, EMS, police, firefighters and nurses get in free October 9 to 11, teachers October 16 to 18, and grandparents with a grandchild November 6 to 8. Bring a valid ID.
