Royal Oak Farm Orchard on Hebron Road in Harvard has more than 20,000 apple trees in over 30 varieties, along with pumpkins, a bakery and the country's only apple tree maze. Fall hours run from August 21 through October 31, 2026.
What are the hours?
Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Friday through Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM. Last entry is one hour before closing.
How much is apple picking?
$12 a person, which includes a quarter-peck bag. Children 3 and under are free. Entry to the farm, the playground and petting zoo is free, and parking is always free.
What else do the kids do?
The Amaze 'N Apples tree maze has 1.5 miles of trails, apples to pick and a climbing tower, and costs $10. The Royal Oak Express train and the barrel train are $5 each, and mini golf is $5.
Can we bring a stroller, a dog or our own food?
Strollers are fine everywhere except on the hayride wagons, and pull wagons can be borrowed at the Harvest Barn. Pets and outside food are not allowed.
